    Re: 22-250 I use 52gr AMAX with 37.2 gr Varget and will shoot a 3/8in group at 300yds all day long. The bullet is light yes but i dont shoot over 600yds much anyway. Use caution as this (37.2) is 1.2 gr over max load in book value...

    Re: 223 good bullets I have used 75 hpbt with Varget with great success. Run a ladder test to see what powder charge works best in ur rifle.

    Re: FL sizing issues I use a 308 cleaning brush (a soft one) and place a little case lube on it and run it in the neck, but dont soak it with lube ya jus need a little. Then i use the lube pad but ya really cant put to much lube on that pad as long as ya rub the lube in after putting it on...

    Re: .223 & H380 loads... I use Varget with 55's and have under 3/8 in groups at 100 consistantly. The powder charge is low (22.5gr) however ill take accuracy over velocity. I have tried H322 in the past with good results as well.

    Re: .223 Runout I guess The abpve post is correct as i have had this problem before with my dies. Also try ur best to have the bullet in the brass straight before you push it up into the die.
