    That would affect speed, if the end result is the same speed, with the same projectile weight, and the same rifle weight, your shoulder will not notice a difference.

    I have a leupold fx-II on my 336, its a fixed 6 power and is probably the best scope I could justify putting on that rifle. Its readily available for 299, but can probably find a better deal on it shopping around.

    Just load one round, put a 20$ bill at 100 yds, shoot it. You will be as accomplished as anyone who 'breaks their barrel in'. You ever break tires in? What about light bulbs? New toilet? Phone?

    I never had a problem getting a hold of him. I emailed him, he replied saying to call him and gave me his number, then I called and we talked and I got my Chassis 4 days later.

    Rock Solid came in, magazine help.

    I believe its the actual magazine OAL, as in only one will fit in the chassis good and tight. Measuring the mag well, its a hair over 3-3/4, so I'm leaning towards the 3.775 being the one that fits, but don't want to chance an inaccurate measurement costing me a few hundred dollars.

    Using Dillon Spray lube. It's happening at the bottom of the stroke on handle (case being at the highest point). I'm not using enough I bet.

    Ordered mine today. Can anyone tell me how well it will accept aics 10 round mags instead of the 5's? It's long action so will be the aics 300 win mag magazines. Also, are there any grips it wont take? Looking towards magpul.
