    I am really liking it. I'm already saving the pennies for my 223 trainer. If I build a third rifle (really leaning towards a 338 Edge), it'll go in an XLR as well.

    With Hornady you'll find firsts that are a couple of tenths off. Same can be said of most of the manufacturers firsts.

    I bought a bunch of blems in various calibers and all of them seem to be just color. I have 1k .264 140gr Amax coming in today and I am hoping color is the issue as well. Saved me $100 on 1k bullets.

    XLR optic question

    An EGW one piece is also fine. Send it to Kyle and he'll trim it up and reannodize it and send it with your chassis. I did the same for mine.
