    A tad disappointed in the price of the group buy. No offense I am more then sure it is worth every penny. I would of been all over it at 1k -1200 but at 1500 you can get more magnification or illumination or both with well built scopes and great glass.

    You should have taken the ffp scope which is what you shouldve got in the first place. Iwould of been happier then a pig in s☆☆t to get ffp version at no extra charge. Great Customer service imho no one is perfect especially a company with such a high demand for their product.

    I have it all prep for paint just waiting til monday to hit it with alumahyde 2 matte black. I couldn't help myself and I skim bedded it with devcon last night it had a nice fit but a lot of play in recoil lug and I figured f☆☆k it if I'm doing the lug lay a nice skim so it has solid contact...

    Hello I wanted to know if I should break down the chassis and paint individually or leave it together and paint it. My concern was I am using alumahyde 2 and it sprays on thick didn't want to break it down and when putting it back together it not fitting up true to each other.

    You live and learn hopefully I don't bang it around to much, this shit gets expensive so I hope I didn't screw myself by trying to save a few bucks. Hopefully this epoxy base paint will protect it some what not as good as anodizing but it is what it is. I cant see paying $120 now after the fact...

    While researching here on the hide the mcree chassis, I came across a thread where a member was stating heat benefits from anodizing aluminum.
