    You rocking a .260 Sporter too? I love mine, and its a decent match gun as well. If only they made 10 rd magazines for it, it would be perfect. As it is, I am going to swap it into the new X-ray chassis.

    Also, can we check zeros the morning of the match, or before the 1750 yd shot? I'm shooting 139 scenars in my .260, but might try a different bullet for the long shoot.

    Yeah, I saw those too. I think I'll go with the AI mags to start with at least. Also, has anybody tried the Ruger Gunsite mags (either polymer or metal) with the Tikka T3 in X-ray or Whiskey 3? Just trying to figure out all my mag options - a shorter 10 rd mag would be nice.

    I got the X-ray delivered yesterday, but haven't had a chance to mount my Tikka in it yet. That will have to wait till I am back in town, but maybe I'll be able to get the spigot mount by then too. Any recommendations on what AICS magazines to run with this chassis? I'm liking the Alpha mags...

    I use a biathlon sling, and I like having it side mounted. No side mounting options up front on the X-ray forend make that hard. I think the spigot mount with the bipod closer to the bore and the side mounting options is a no-brainer.

    Yeah, it looks like the spigot mount is a must have for the X-ray. Just wish they were in stock so I could just order it as one package.
