Does anyone make a good accurate ar upper in .223?

Re: Does anyone make a good accurate ar upper in .223? Check out SAOD's AR-15 Target or Varmint Billet Upper .223 24". They are fairly new to the market but utilize Lothar Walther barrels. I won one at a PPC match and after a little research found claims that it will hold a .25 inch MOA...

    Sidearms & Scatterguns Beretta 92A1

Re: Beretta 92A1 Some people (like myself) don't like the long trigger pull, but I have no other issue with the gun. It is just a preference thing for me. I have had no reliability or accuracy issues during my experience with the 92.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Glock after market triggers and kits

Re: Glock after market triggers and kits Hands down the 3.5lb Ghost Rocket trigger connector along with a NY green spring. I would also go for that little extra and have a gunsmith polish the internals. This is an awesome set-up.

Re: Looking for a good home defense handgun Coming in a little late on this one but for a night stand gun, I would lean toward the Taurus Judge.

    Sidearms & Scatterguns All-around 9mm Handgun

Re: All-around 9mm Handgun Browning High Power would be my first choice. A great handling, accurate, and reliable gun. The Sig P226 would be my second choice.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Glock Replacement Barrels?

Re: Glock Replacement Barrels? Cannot believe no one has mentioned Bar-Sto Barrels. I have used Lone Wolf and KKM barrels and have no complaints with either, but IMHO Bar-Sto is #1 hands down. Either barrel option requires fitting and they are proud so pull out the wallet, but you will get...

    Best inexpensive .223 rifle M4

Re: Best inexpensive .223 rifle M4 I have a Del-ton with a Adam's Armament Piston System. I have had zero issues or reliability problems. I think I paid around $600 to $650 for the rifle and $1000 with the added piston system. Well work every penny. I could not be happier with the set-up.

Re: Competition Shooting: M&P9 vs Glock 17 Out of curiosity, what issues? Note, I suggested the XDM which Springfield has made numerous mortification too. For clarification, I did not nor would I not recommend the XD.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Competition Shooting: M&P9 vs Glock 17

Re: Competition Shooting: M&P9 vs Glock 17 I know you asked specifically asked about the M&P and Glock, but has she considered the Springfield XDM in 9mm. I shoot it in 3-gun matches and in the service auto match for PPC. The extra round count (19+1) is great for 3-gun and the accuracy is...

Sidearms & Scatterguns Sig 226 elite or X5 all around

Re: Sig 226 elite or X5 all around Although the all-around is the entry level model in the X5 line-up it is still completely produced and hand fitted in Germany. The "Elite" is produced on the same mass production assembly line as the p226. So the "Elite" is really just a fancy p226. Don't...

Sidearms & Scatterguns Sig 226 elite or X5 all around

Re: Sig 226 elite or X5 all around I shot an X5 in PPC distinguished matches before the rules changed to allowing 6" guns. As a competitive shooter a would choose the X5 over the 226 all day long. X5 is a tack-driver.
