Any of you guys played with one lately? I posted a similar thread awhile back and there wasn't a lot of experience. Thinking a Stiller action, if I can get a .447 boltface, Bartlein #3 fluted 1:8", and maybe a cheaper B&C M40 stock, badly bm. I think at 18" or so it would be a fun little rig.

What say u?

I'm doing an 18" .260 for a lightweight fun adult gun. Looking forward to it. Giving up velocity but I figure I'll still retain a downrange performance advantage vs the same rifle in .308. Besides, I've got lot's of .308's, needed an excuse for a new rifle.

I've thought of that too, but I have a 24" .260 being built right now. Although I do have brass and reloading stuff already!

For some odd reason a Grendel just seems like it would be fun.
