Anyone hand loading for a 20 inch 1-7 White Oak varmint upper? I've been trying 69 and 77 grain SMK's with Varget and havent been completely happy with the results. Anyone have any pet loads for this upper? For my purpose I can single feed so they do not have to meet magazine length. Thanks for any advice you can give.

I just tested some 75 gr hornady bthp out of my 20" woa service rifle upper. I'm probably settling on 24.3gr varget, cci41, 2.255". I want to go back and verify with a couple groups

What brass kvwpwr?

I loaded up a bunch of the 75gr horn in LC brass, 24gr varget, cci41. I haven't shot for groups, but they were very good on torso steel too 400yd.

I am shooting the service rifle upper.

5 shots 600 yards iron sights no Shit.

Lake city brass win primer 23.3 imr 4895 75 amax 8 thousandths off the lands.1.7 twist 20inch Krieger Compass Lake Match rifle probably very similar to WOA... Although I have varget its not the best Shit in my Ar's. I Shot this little group verifying my dope for Perry, obviously I was a bit low and right.

I run near the same load in my rock river 20" 24.5 69 smk's good to 600. RL15 rocks well too!
