Hi all!
Im planning ordering a 308wm Reamer for a Custom single shot rifle... NO MAGAZINE LIMITATIONS... NO WEIGHT LIMIT... but im not planning to shoot very heavy bullets if that that will afect my accuaracy at short range...
The idea is to shoot Benchrest style Matches at 200yrds (for serius) and get some Long Range performace (for some ocational matches & fun)
My custom action its huge... and will take a Krieger 1.350" 1-10tw @ 31" in 1.000" (maybe its to long for 200yrds MATCH performance?)
Im planing to try some 168 AMAX, 185gr Berger Hybrids, 168gr Hybrids, etc and some similars (168 AMAX and 185 hybrids mostly i guess) i can only get IMR 4064 (and IMR 4350... but... its too slow i think, right?)
I Know that the bearing surface of each bullet is diferent as well as de tangent, secant or hybrid ogive...
But... a .168"fb its going to keep the boat tail/bearing surface juntion out of the neck/shoulder junction? beacouse i plan to order a .335 neck, and i want to stay out of the doughnaaaaatttt area...
Any experiences?
