Now your looking good. Are these machined aluminum or 3d printed polymer....also what is the price point for the set ?
They're 3d Printed from a custom nylon material I get made for me. Significantly more durable for these purposes than an aluminum item, and much cheaper. Lots different than "bedroom printing". See video below, won't leave a mark on your scope, or permanently fatigue like an aluminum item would under impact:

Is it a large frame AR? If so I typically don't need a cantilever mount and my favorite is the ARC M10 QD-L, I also really like the ERA-TAC QD mounts and they even have QD rings that work with a Badger 22 MOA riser rail

I had a buddy purchase the M18 and bought the cert from him. The gun came in and he has received it, however there is no cert with it. Does the cert get shipped separate or emailed? I told him to call eurooptics on Monday but I’m not sure they will be open with the holidays.

My M18 should arrive on the 27th. Going to be cutting it close but it looks like as long as I submit by the 31st I'm fine. I'm honestly looking forward to the rifle as a cheap beater hunting rifle as well. I had a Tikka 6.5x55 for years and sold it to a cousin who needed a good hunting rifle. I don't expect the Mauser to be as nice but it will fill the same role.

We are coming down to the wire, but you are correct, as long as you submit the paperwork before 12/31 you are good to go, it may take them a few days to get the code but they will honor it according to the terms and conditions of the 50% off deal.
I don't know all the reasons why Mauser/Minox decided to do this, I've heard they needed to sell more Mauser rifles and I've heard they wanted to get more Minox optics into shooters hands. Either way it appears both worked, I do wish they would have done the deal through their dealers instead of direct from the distributor but I am glad more shooters are able to experience a true alpha class scope at half the price.
I have submitted my form and it said 7-10 days to get the discount code. I tried calling Blaser directly on the 23rd, 24th, and today, every time it has said they are currently closed and to call back during business hours. Anyone know if they closed the entire week of Christmas? Or if they will be open on Mon or Tues before the 1st.
after speaking with them, they were trying to help out the rifle dealers with the Mauser and Sauer sales and thought most the purchases with the coupons were going to be for Bino’s and the lower ends scopes.
Then someone comes along and post this thread and all of us fuckers jump on the ZP5s. ?
I think it’s good on their end to honor the deal with the guys buying ZP5s and high end spotting scopes.

I already had a 5-25 MR4 and now I have a few more thanks to those guys. I was up in the air over buying one Tangent Theta or A ZCO. And yes while they are very nice, I was able to buy two of these for less than one of either of those brands. Neither of them IMO are worth buying when this kind of deal can be had on the ZP5. Some people may think differently and that’s cool, but they must be in a different tax bracket than me.
I believe you have to order your optic by the end of the year. The 50% code expires after 12/31/19.
The only issue I could see is you can't order the zp5 online, so if they are out of the office for the holidaysyou are screwed
That’s a good point, might be a good idea to get a jump on it by sending an email and leaving a voicemail. That way if they’re out of the office there’s a trail showing you were eligible before the deadline. I bet they’d honor the deal.
On the same boat .., applied for a code and no answer for more then 10 days , closed , left voicemail .
I called them two weeks ago before I ordered the rifle. As long as you purchased the rifle before the 31st you are good to go.
Is there no fine print that comes with the coupon code? Doesn't make sense that you are good as long as you bought the rifle by the 31st but you also have to order the scope by the 31st. Common sense says that as long as I submit by the 31st and get a code I'm good as long as I order a scope within 60, 90 days etc but I don't know what that time limit is. I emailed them a week ago but haven't heard anything yet.

That's completely opposite from what I was told. When I called earlier this month they said that the coupon must be used before Jan 1, 2020.
If you buy a rifle you don't have a coupon until you apply for the coupon and Minox processes it and sends you the code.
Thinking that one can buy a rifle before the cutoff is a good way to get stuck with a rifle and not have an optic.
Same here! It always says call back during business hrs Mon-Fri, although I’m always calling during business hrs. When I applied for the cert i was given a 7-10 day timeframe that the cert would be sent to email. The 10th day is the 1st, also to order the zp5 you have to be able to get them on the phone because they don’t have them in stock, so you can’t order them online even if you have the code. I’m starting to get pretty nervous they aren’t going to honor it even though some say your good as long as you apply for the cert before the 1st.
Man, I feel your stress! Judging from my interaction with the Blaser USA team, though, I think you’re in good hands. I have every confidence that they’ll handle your business and you’ll have your scope in hand within a reasonable timeframe.
Here’s a pic through the ZP5 to whet your appetite: this crappy pic was taken with a cellphone at 25x in almost complete darkness at 16:41 today. Sunset was 16:01; late December in Alaska the light fades fast. The round gong is at 900 yards, the sheep silhouette is at 750. All the hits on the gong were mine, most were made immediately before the picture was snapped.

Unfortunately I’ve been waiting for the guy I paid for the cert to buy the gun for a few months. I finally bugged him enough early dec to get it ordered and now I feel rushed. Just to ease your mind, I sent an email over the weekend explaining me not being able to get ahold of them and gave them my phone number. And first thing this morning I got a call from a nice lady, and she put me on the list for the next batch in January.

So Blaser/Mauser/Minox is extended the deal through February, or are they accepting coupon submissions through February but you still had to have purchased the Mauser scope before 12/31/2019?
What are chances Minox releases something "New" at Shot? Now that the coupon is extended through Feb,,,, might be able to use coupon on a new release?
Blaser/Minox is doing those guys who bought the rifle before 12/31/2019, but did not manage to either get the coupon or order the scope before 12/31/2019. If you are one of those folks, i wouldn't wait. Furthermore, I haven't seen any official statement from Minox extending the dateline beyond 12/31/2019.
Minox/Blaser is trying their best to honor this commitment, so I wouldn't try to stretch my luck if it were me.... It probably backfire.
Details say only good on 2019 Listed Minox MSRP only. So doubt anything coming in 2020 is included.

Minox will not be at SHOT this year (Blaser either), their big show will be at IWA in Germany. They are coming out with a new reticle for the ZP5 3-15, I think that will be it, as much as I'd like to see a Minox branded and turreted (ZP5 turrets) Blaser Infinity 2.8-20x50 and 4-20x58 I just don't see that happening. Would love to see some new reticles from Blaser for their Infinity scopes, something with mil hash marks would be ideal, would make the 4-20x58 much more appealing for my 7 SAUM as a hunting/LR rig and 1000 yard capable scope - the infinity only has 8 mils of travel, but my 7 SAUM gets to 1000 yards with just 6 mils with my hunting loads so I have room to spare for ringing steel beyond 1000 and have a superb low light scope.
Anybody else having issues with their m18 rifle? I got a Creedmoor for hunting and it’s hard to close the bolt on now after 15 rounds. It’s shaving brass on the head stamp of the case when closing the bolt. Factory ammo. I tried some reloads from my custom rifle and it was worse with Peterson’s brass.
I took the M18 6.5 Creed out for the first time today. Had some generic 41.5 H4350 with a 140 BTHP load and put 15ish rounds through it. Reasonably smooth, no idea of accuracy potential yet, had a couple 3 shot groups right around MOA. I was getting right at 2600. Not great, hoping it bumps up at least 50-100 fps. Also called Minox and got on the list. Yim said they come in 25 at a time and I should be in the Feb. shipment. They don't charge until the scope is ready to ship to you. Hoping I get a good one.
