AB please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two years and counting we’ve been waiting for this simple fix. It’s so easy a caveman can do it. Yet nothing. We paid for this product. It’s should work.

@DocUSMCRetired what gives? I’m a loyal user. Why can’t AB fix this?

I love some of the stuff you guys are doing and the ecosystem you have created, but don’t ruin it by not supporting your base product that made your company.

On iPad ? Data is still valid you just gotta turn ya head sideways a bit! Might be an
Apple thing, getting changes made to comply with their procedure is costly and the
number of end users needing it is prolly too low to be worth it. Id like to be able to
run a iPad while spotting rather than a phone or a 701, simply because its easier
to read.

If the numbers are too low discontinue the product but done continue to charge money for something that isn’t working properly. It’s seems insignificant but I use the iPad so I don’t have to squint or try and tap the screen on an iPhone with my meat hooks...especially when I have gloves on.

Just fix it. Two years this has been a problem.
Or say you are no longer supporting the product.

Originally the app was locked to iPhone only. We never really pushed it for the iPad but changes were made to the store which pushed it out. What is even more annoying is that Apple doesn't allow us to issue a refund through the normal system.
