Anarchy Outdoors and Blamm Enterprises sell magazine extensions, and other CZ accessories.

anarchy outdoors for just about everything else
blamm enterprises and and mk machining both do mag extensions and eci's

I've been using DIP for rails, mag release extensions, and bolt knobs. I've been really happy with the quality and fit and finish.
