Alec Baldwin literally just shot two people

The moral of the story is that if you see alec baldwin carrying a gun make sure to shoot and kill him before he has the chance to draw his gun because if he does his gun will kill you without him pulling the trigger and he will get away with killing you scott free. So shoot first, keep shooting, and make sure he can't draw the gun.
Tell me what you think of this theory. The destruction of the revolver (evidence) by the FBI and non-disclosure of the ammunition was intentional.
Someone or a group of people told them to purposely destroy the revolver during testing and not to disclose the other evidence in order to protect the turd.
Had this been anyone else, like the armorer, gross errors like this would have never happened. Even if it had been another defendant, I doubt the judge would have granted a dismissal. She would have tried the case anyway.

As much as I dislike the turds, Baldwin and Cuomo, I must admit that this assistant prosecutor was correct in requesting to the legal team to have the case dismissed.
The other prosecutor should have seen this coming. If the evidence isn't turned over to the defense, it has a 99.99 % of getting dismissed with prejudice.
The prosecution could have dismissed this case without prejudice then recharged him later.
Some people have a hard time wrapping their brain around what evidence means.
Everyone can look at the same evidence but not everyone interprets the evidence the same way. This is where she is correct. The Jury gets to evaluate and interpret the evidence.
Prosecutor Morrissey's pronouncement that she didn't think the ammunition was relevant was an extremely flimsy excuse. That's not for her to decide.
The defense team decides whether or not to use the ammunition as evidence. Then the Jury evaluates the evidence.
Ms. Johnson is correct. The lead prosecutor caused this case to blow up in her face like a cartoon coyote working in a dynamite factory.
They could have recharged him if they would have listened to Ms. Johnson in the first place. Dismiss without prejudice then comeback later.

Everything Baldwin wrote took place before the Democratic Party went out of its way to shit all over RFK Jr. He didn't leave the Democratic Party....... They left him..... And placed a Manchurian candidate at the top of the ticket, without a single primary vote cast on her behalf.
