Well gents, my time with the M24 is coming to an end. Would any of you happen to know someone looking to get into the game? RR prefix with QR code, two piece base, coffin case and optics box. Currently no glass on it

I have a genuine stock M24 rifle. I just ordered the MARS rail from Brownells. Price is great. They have 9 leftBrownell's has new old stock / surplus on clearance - Remington 0 MOA Long Action MARS rails - 24 in stock as of this posting for $149.99
That is a deal if you're looking for this specific configuration.
I'm sure there are $10 off $100 coupons or even $15 off $150 if you want to add like a detent/spring or something else into your cart
Brownells isn’t screwing people on price ether. 149.99$. New in box. Some people selling them want 600$. Good on Brownells for not getting stupid on the priceThat was fast... i'm wondering which individual @$$hole or company bought up a lot of them to flip for later.
edit: fair game though, i hope those who are in need could get some, have notified some m24 friends who are aspiring/in works
I know of a one or 2 smiths who has a box of these 0 moa LA's still sealed
you want the little fill screws? Can anyone tell me the size of the bolts that attach front sight base? I want to take off the front sight. Obviously I will need shorter bolts to fill in the holes. Does anyone have a source or size of bolts? Thanks
Yes. Those exactly. Where can I find them?you want the little fill screws?
PST026 is the correct stock to use I believe.I put the MARS rail on. I am waiting on an HS PST013 stock to come in so I can put it on.View attachment 7456107
PST013 is also. The 026 is a later model. Here is the 013 on an M24PST026 is the correct stock to use I believe.
You are quite correct always wanted an A2, don't know how I overlooked that Michael had posted that before several times.PST013 is also. The 026 is a later model. Here is the 013 on an M24View attachment 7456570View attachment 7456573
Yea they are pretty cool. I did a lot of reading to see what the right stock was. HS PST 024, 013, 026 are all right. You are quite correct always wanted an A2, don't know how I overlooked that Michael had posted that before several times.

Remington Defense might be a thing, separate from the Remington Arms name.So is it safe to say the M24 built by Remington will be no more? I read this today dated Oct 13 2020.View attachment 7459042
Given the day, its sad we have to remind some SJP of this absolute truth. The pen is only mighty when it is backed by the sword.
Different things are beautiful to different people; for me, THIS is Mona Lisa, a 308 GTS, -------- (insert name of fav babe HERE) all rolled into one
Once in a while, Afghanistan is a beautiful place to look at...PST013 is also. The 026 is a later model. Here is the 013 on an M24View attachment 7456570View attachment 7456573
The scope was included from Remington. It’s real@Bbeard,
Unlike the M40, I did not know there was a "collectors edition". What you have appears to be the real deal with some hard use on it.
When did Remington put out the "Collectors Edition"? Personally, if you have the real deal they are going for around $3k for just the rifle. The scope you have on there would run another $1500-$2K. If that is indeed a Leupold Mk. 3, and not some gimmick look-alike.

remington went bankrupt and rumor is that Remington defense is not coming back.Would anyone happen to have a line on the Badger 306-84 DBM? Badger isn't going to make anymore now that Remington Defense is basically defunct. At least that's what CS at Badger told me. I knew Remington was bankrupt, but doesn't Remington Defense still have contracts to fulfill?
thankfully they released a plenty since 2015. We wont get any more customer support on them though or they will replace parts with non-m24 ones.Well, I guess the M24 just became more of a collectors item than it already was.
Dont know if i shared the update to my Ranger m24. G prefix, '7.62' only marked barrel, eagle black zipper stock pouch, badger 2006 dated rings, purple Mccann Mirs 0 moa, and Ranger contract 4.5-14x40mm F1 M3 Mildot.
yes it was.Question: Was the Leupold VarX-III LR 3.5-10 Mildot #51850 used on the M24 before they became the Mark 4?
Absolute top tier build. Color me green with envy.....Dont know if i shared the update to my Ranger m24. G prefix, '7.62' only marked barrel, eagle black zipper stock pouch, badger 2006 dated rings, purple Mccann Mirs 0 moa, and Ranger contract 4.5-14x40mm F1 M3 Mildot.
these are army guns and with the return stocks the painted ones are worth more than the unpainted. There are so many unique stocks out there and what look like identical guns on paper can have greatly different levels of demand simply based on the character and paint.Just how many of these guns do you have. My thoughts are these are police guns and when painter the value diminishes.
