I know these have both been reviewed to death. What I am trying to find out is how good are the Bushnell 1600 ARC is at ranging 1 MOA or smaller steel out to 1200. If I hear one response with I have ranged a barn at 1800 your going to wake up to a pile of flaming dog pooo on your front porch. I dont care about ranging targets big as a barn. Every single review I have seen has been someone ranging something the size of a parking garage at 1700 to 1800. I am trying to decide if the 1600 will do the job on 1 MOA steel or smaller out to 1200 or do I need to spend the money on a PLRF. I know the PLRF is without a doubt better but I really dont care about ranging anything 2000 and beyond, just want repeatability under 1200 for small steel targets. Also if anyone knows the laser size on both of these. I know the Leica 1600 is 1 mil which is probably why it doesnt perform well on small targets.

The Bushnell beam divergence is 2 by 4 mils. Small targets on flat ground will be difficult to deal with.
