6XC, 6Creedmoor, 243, 6mm Rem, 6X47L

"Best" is harder to define, any of the above will get the job done. 243 is best bet for factory ammo.

I'd throw a 6.5mm in the mix but I noticed the 25 cal or smaller requirement.

we skin and stretch ours and i think we averaged $55-60 and $40-45 for the ones that didnt get skinned
