    Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter Sunday night, a reversal for the president, who repeatedly said he would not use his executive authority to pardon his son or commute his sentence.

    Maybe I missed it. But when was Hunter charged? Doesn’t there have to be charges to be pardoned?

    I do not stay up on it so he might have been charged and I missed it.

    He was charged and convicted for lying on form 4473 about not using illegal drugs when he bought a firearm.

    Ziden is a career criminal, so this is no surprise. Fucking politics and crooks, all seem to be one in the same.

    Get elected, and peddle your influence/votes to the highest bidders.

    Look, the two-tiered justice system should be clear to EVERYONE by now, right? Another one for The Disappointed but but not Surprised file.

    Who really gives a fuck about that POS in the setting of no 2nd Biden administration anyway?

    The other opportunity is that this pardon, stock full of conflict of interest as it is, greenlights a potential full pardon of all J6rs while taking the wind out of the sails of the media and those hags in The View.

    There's a lot of fathers out there that would tell their sons they were taught better growing up, and maybe now they'll learn their lesson by the hand of a judge.

    Of course, Hunter did exactly what daddy taught and directed him to do, so zero surprise in this case.

    Well, that ensures "the big guy" keeps his percentage and the family keeps the billions they fleeced out of Ukraine and through bad rt sales.

    Any surprise? None.

    And so what... President can pardon anyone he wants. So let him do it.

    The optics are horrible... so that will be his legacy.

    One bit of fallout for this is that the 'black vote' won't forget that they get sent to jail for a joint... and they know Hunter was a fucking mega-crook, pedo, lied on forms, etc.... but daddy gets him off.

    Meanwhile Corn Pop is probably doing life for the Crime Bill that Biden and Hillary pushed.

    While Trump got Arrested, convicted, perp walked, shot and has three baby-mommas... He's blacker than they are!

    Absolutely no surprise here. As soon as he was charged you knew he was gonna catch a pardon. I don't necessarily think it was Plan A, but there was never a chance he was going to suffer any consequences for his actions. On the flip side, since blanket pardons are OK now, I hope Trump issues one for himself, his family, as well as all presidential appointees (and their families) before leaving office.

    The optics of this will move even more people that were on the fence over to our side. I think black people are finally seeing democrats for what they are and realize all they want form black people is to keep them on the "plantation" for their vote.

    Of course Biden is a problem but he was the problem decades ago. Now he’s a puppet and this is him giving the puppet master(s) one less piece of leverage on him post presidency.

    Oh and yes it’s great for 2A and I hope it’s used in the future as such

    Waiting for further pardons for rest of the family that was involved 10% for the big guy schemes , in this pardon it just seems it could not wait for last day in office given sentencing on gun charges is on 12th

    How about, fuck the pardon. Does that overrule any court, judge or jury that is willing to execute the sentence or pursue other charges bought on Hunter?

    But that would never happen to most Dads even if they had the power. Simply put most Dads teach their children not to break the law. So their children don't need pardons.
