If your wife got raped and murdered, and your local law enforcement caught and charged said P.O.S. And that P.O.S. got executed by the state, would that not be them serving you as well as any future victims of the P.O.S. ?

Those scenarios happen every day in this country. Of course there are bad law enforcement officers. But the majority of them are not.
I understand there are ok guys that do the job. I also don’t believe in the good guy on the inside working for the people. It’s just getting to the point, I’d argue well past it, that the job is bad enough that anyone associated with it deserves every bit of hostility from the public that they get and more. The gov’t is fucked my man. Why would someone carry a gun and defend it from the pissed off public?
I remember during the covid tyranny by cop. I would drive past someone getting a ticket from a road pirate for driving 5 over while trying to go to work. I couldn’t believe a man had the nerve to commit armed robbery for the state, victimizing someone who was already struggling more likely than not. Even the “good” ones didn’t give a fuck. I lost all respect for LEO in 2020. Every bit I had.
What if I caught up to the man that raped my wife and killed the mother fucker and the cops put me in prison for 20 years because of a premeditated “murder”. What then? This happens often as well. I’d argue my example protects the street thug from the decent which only inflates the criminal population among us. Regular folk sit idle out of fear of the gov’ts police. You know it. I know it. I’ve never been victimized by a common thug but I have been robbed, harassed, and threatened by the gov’ts police.
Read up on the small percentage of crimes solved by the police and then compare that number to the people that are actually prosecuted and get back with me.
I’m talking the bigger picture of assisting a murderous criminal organization (gov’t) prey upon the population and ypu are arguing something far more trivial. The street thug isn’t the threat as long as he isn’t protected by the king’s men just as the politician wouldn’t be a dangerous man if it weren’t for the willingness of his police to act out on his behalf.

If they interfered with church services here, I would bank on the out come not working out well for them at all. . Messing w/a Church in this state is only for those, who have a death wish.
You forgot the ones pulling people over to make sure you had a pass to be out during C19. Yes, there was a point in time during that nonsense where people were forced to show their papers. And it happened in red states too.
Plenty of churches closed down and went to online only services in AL during Covid.

During the Rona B.S. I was walking into a convenience store/ gas station. I saw a Sheriff deputy patrol car outside. They had the mask signs up, but I ignored them. When I got inside I recognized the deputy. He and I have known each other since we were 10 years old, at the time 30 years ago. We graduated high school together in the same class. Standing about six feet behind him, I said "Josh!" He turned around, shook my hand and asked how the hell are you? Then the next words out of his mouth were "I'm not wearing a damn mask!" I said I wasn't either. Then I looked at the manager of the store and said thank you for not being militant about the masks. They don't work, and lots of us will never wear them. And this Sheriff deputy does not have a law to enforce, because it is not a law. Josh said "nope, it's all B.S."

Every Cop I know also told me to ignore a 30.06 sign which is "No Concealed Carry". They also said if I was discovered carrying to just leave, and it's over.
Then, Texas passed legislation that us "a defense to prosecution" for unlawful carry in a 30.06 posted establishment the offender immediately leaves after being asked to. Then there is no criminal trespass applied. Basically that made the 30.06 sign null and void. But the liberal gun haters are too dumb to realize is.

I am glad you used the word "beat cop" since this is what we call LEOs who see themselves as community members who are tasked to provide educational and remedial services to their community.

Actually, it is a case of trespassing. An operator of property can make new decisions on the spot and ask you to leave and they are within their right. Show up naked in the store, not breaking the mask mandate, not carrying a gun, they can still ask you to leave and you can be arrested for not complying with the request of an operator of private party.

I wasn't "social distancing". I was keeping my distance from a uniformed and armed Sheriff deputy, that was on duty and has his back to me. I did not want to startle him. The same thing I would do for anyone with their back to me. I said I shook his hand. And then we stood a few feet from each other like men do when having a conversation.

The Nation Guard has some pretty heavy stuff around here...armor, Attack helicopters,...they also crashed one Apache on a training mission a few months back, saw the crash video...killed all aboard.
