Is that the LR? I have one on the way, hoping to fit on the LiteComp but worried about rail height / scope alignment.View attachment 7993853
A different kind of Cadex chassis.
What's the weight of this as she is there?CDX30 in 6.5CM
Upgraded the factory barrel to a Krieger 1:8” 28” #11 (straight contour)
Since Cadex doesn’t do a folder for this chassis….enter MDT.
Give us a email at [email protected] we do offer a 3.850 model but have limited stockDoes anyone know of an action with savage threads that would work in the 3.850" Long Action Competition model? I've got a 300 PRC barrel on the way, and I really want to try a Cadex, but I've already confirmed Bighorn actions won't work.
My experience? Amazing. I've only dealt with Darryl, their US rep but customer service has been top notchHow is CADEX’s customer service and tech support? Tremor is looking very tempting.
NopeWill dry firing without snap caps cause premature wear on the firing pin ? Short Action.
Thanks
Nope. in fact, grab yourself a dry fire setup from IDTS and practice inside all day long. Will dry firing without snap caps cause premature wear on the firing pin ? Short Action.
Thanks
Yes its amazing. I have one for every scope I own, only way to do any worthwile dry fire practice indoors unless your scope can focus down to 5 yards. Very well made, high quality threading matched up to the bell of virtually any scope out there. Buy one lens and a bunch of adapters, adapters are only $10 a pop. Highly recommend.
Very nice rifle, been almost a year since you posted it. How is it working out for you? Recoil manageable? Any complaints about it?Here's my Mk15 Mod 1, it's 1 of 3 that were built using actual McMillan Bros M88 SASR PIP contract overrun receivers and the NSN version of Cadex's .50 BMG chassis. The scope is a contract overrun Schmidt & Bender PSR 5-25x56 in Ops AWP PSR gen 1 rings. So, this is as close to a legit Mk15 as you can get without enlisting! Also, thank you Cadex for helping with the chassis, without your assistance this unique project would have never been completed!

Contact Cadex directly on this one. The other option is getting a Kraken with 3 bolts(338, mag, 308), and whichever barrels you like.Would a Cadex Chassis allow me to use a Terminus Zeus LA QC action to shoot both LA (300 PRC, 300 NM) and swap over to SA (308W, 6/6.5 CM)? Essentially, a switch-barrel rifle. I read on the forums that Cadex uses magazine sleeves, so it might be possible, but I was having trouble verifying. Thanks!
Yes, but not in the way you want. Cadex uses aics mags. There is a long action pattern mag that has spacers in it.Would a Cadex Chassis allow me to use a Terminus Zeus LA QC action to shoot both LA (300 PRC, 300 NM) and swap over to SA (308W, 6/6.5 CM)? I sure hope so. Apparently, things haven’t changed. Was quoted 4-6 months in July 2022. Now I’m told, you’ll get it when it comes inIt's worth the wait, IMHO. I'm loving the crap out of my Strike Lite Chassis build! The adjust-ability of fit is very good, fit to the action and overall quality are worth waiting for.
Is this the CADEX FDE Cerakote? It looks a little green in the pic, maybe a camera thing, but it's a great color, lol. I've been hunting for a nike HK green cerakote for another rifle, this looks close. Nice rig!Picked up a 2023 production Remington 5R and dropped in a chassis to try it out.

Picked up a Tremor a little while back. It will definitely let you and everyone around you know when the trigger is pulled
Hello Brian the Lite Comp is the folding Field CompI am a big fan of Rails going around the Barrel, not just U shape. Is there any way to add a folder to the Field Competition? Or is the Lite Competition the only route?
I also love the ARCA on the bottom of the rail of the Strike Pro, but it appears the only way I can cover up the barrel is with the NV shroud, which I dont think will work with an Impact 737r Action, right?
Here's one for you guys at Cadex!Hello Brian the Lite Comp is the folding Field Comp
as for the Pro and Bridge we have seen people run just the front but use a 1.7 mount ( depending on your optic) and it will clear
HelloHere's one for you guys at Cadex!
We need a mag insert for the Kracken (338LA DSSF) to be available in the Long Action Competition chassis...so we can utilize a DSSF mag.
