Those that have customers, probably close to zero. Most municipalities require insurance for a business license.

We got to see what the purpose of business licenses are other than revenue during the covid political pandemic. Control. Its all any license or permit is for. Control.

Edit: to add... I've never shot a match or at a range where they didn't require you to sign a waiver for insurance purposes. Don't sign the waiver, don't shoot...
