Nope, you won't see real performance differences once you get into the XLR, high end MDT, MPA, Manners, McMillan, and similar category of quality. They all have options to spec out their rifles with very similar features, including full Arca forends, adjustable cheek riser and LoP, etc. They can all be made to be super heavy or moderately lighter.
The biggest differences come down to minute things like comfort and personal preference. The JAE chassis can't accept different pistol grips like the MPA vertical one, but that's about the only real "performance" difference and it's still really just personal preference (I prefer my slightly angled and overmolded "squishy" Ergo grip on the XLR best, actually). One thing I do like about the JAE that all the others (besides stocks) lack is that it's not just bare metal on the outside, which means you don't freeze your fingers off carrying or holding the rifle on a chilly day.
