video camera, or a shot cam like this or others on the market you could get your kids to shoot your video free labor always a good choice but they are just two options. think the Caldwell thing is around 300.00 maybe less . or maybe something like this

Frank used the Deadeye for his YouTube/training videos. I think they have an "EagleEye" now for the later generation GoPro cameras. Expensive, but really the best thing out there that also still gives you the original sight picture. The cheap phone mounts just plain suck. Unfortunately I have zero experience with either of them though.
This however looks somewhat promising. Still pricey for what it does (unless profiting from it, or really, really wanting to use it as a slow-motion self-training aid).

Yeah I don't think you can go wrong there. Unlike the older Deadeye, you could get 4K-60 goodness with this. Just as a note, the Side-Shot above will take a phone and more importantly, also a GoPro.
