Then you'll need to get a hold of the seller and in a calm, polite manner, explain the situation, see how much they insured it for, and how they packed it and then come to an agreement on refunds once the claim is approved and paid.
I understand some folks are of the entitled persuasion that they deserve their refund the moment they don't get the item on the day they thought, however it is also perfectly reasonable for the seller to state they will wait for FedEx to determine it is lost and not being delivered before they make any refunds and they may also need to wait for the claim to be paid (usually takes 1 to 2 weeks after approval to get the check) to send your money back.
You may or may not agree, but being a decent person and reasonable and patient may get you a much better result than being a demanding ass about things.
