Agreed, there's nothing to be gained and lots to lose when you hand the libs even the slightest ammunition to twist around, contort and use against you. I was initially inclined to think that if BK fails to be confirmed, he should go after her and Avanetti for libel and slander and sue them for all they've got. The only problem we have, are the EU, as any derective coming from there, must be integrated in the national legislation, in all EU countries.
