Night Vision DRS PAS-13D/V2 Core & Lens -- what's the best thing to do?

So, a few years back a small lot of DRS PAS-13D v2 640px Core+Lens sets were released into the wild, complete with wiring harnesses and schematics...

I picked one up, just because that's what Hortas do. It has sat dormant in its original box in a drawer since that time.

I know some guys cobbled-together a remote Pan/Tilt contraption that seems to have worked out swimmingly. I'd like to do something like this and stick it on my Polaris Ranger Crew 1000 XP for giggles.

I'm not up for tinkering, so I'd like to just either: A) buy a complete kit and slap it together, or B) send if off to someone with some dollars tossed in the box and receive a complete unit sometime in the near future. B would be my preference, but I'm fine with A as well.

Do you have a spec sheet on what you have?

Power requirements, size, I/O specs, etc

I have a number of projects I am working on for "fun" that might complement a project like this.
