DT problems?

Anyone have problems with the bolt binding on a DT? My bolt binds and eats at the raceway. Also it appears the skins have shifted. I have to put the Allen key in at an angle to change barrels. Any ideas?

Try removing your barrel and when re-inserting it, lock the bolt before you re-torque the setscrews. Sounds like your barrel is not set into the chassis properly.

Thanks. I already do that though. The AI v DT thread OP had the same problems with eating the reciever so maybe my new bolt carrier is just wearing in.

Anyone know now if the skins have eccentric holes and need to be adjusted? They must have moved because my barrel clamp screws used to line up with the skins.

No something isn't right. Removing visible metal shavings is not what I consider wearing in.

You don't have to use a hosting sight for pictures anymore. You can upload them from your computer and they will stay.

Did they remove the size limitation? That seems to be my issue.
