Member Link Up East coast FL people, anybody familiar with Suburban Estates in Holopaw?

It's mainly a rec. vehicle spot for 4 wheeling that you can buy a lot, get key access. I've been invited several times but haven't made it out yet to see it. Just wondering since there is a common range if there's any way possible of doing any LR on this property?

Was wondering the same thing. Was about to purchase a lot, but saw alot about ATV riders riding all over the place and throwing trash everywhere. Was hoping it would be quiet enough during the week to do some long range target shooting. Hopefully someone who has been there will let us know.

I wanted to update this. It's my understanding (?) that during hunting season there are not ATVs all over the place during the week. However, having been out there now I don't really see any way of doing LR there, at least on the piece of the property I've seen. It was/is pretty much flooded out since around the 4th of July as well. There is a quasi-community range location but it's basically blasting at a pile of trash from 25 yards or so. I don't really know of any way you'd be able to do LR without building yourself a berm and buying all the lots within the area to accomplish it.
