I don't think the 'gun' runs up against NFA1934.
The barrrel is 17.5 after meeting Mr. Hacksaw.
Overall length looks ok too.
but Dude, that is one ugly mofo bullet launcher.
That 'sound moderator', that may be an issue.

1) Kill it with fire.
2) Take it to the desert and dig 2 holes.
3) Wipe off fingerprints,throw your "Master Piece" in the hole and cover w/ dirt.
4) Jump in the other hole and pull dirt in over top of you.
there....now everyone is safe.
