I would encourage a neutral but watchful position on Q but I would also encourage mass cultural events have happened, and in retrospect folks scratch their head and say WTF? i agree the scariest thing they are talking about is forced mental evaluation and firearm confiscation due to social media.
I've shot a fair amount of auto glass, plate glass,TV set, cars, sheet rock 2x4 construction walls, cinderblock, etc with 9mm / .45 ACP / 12 ga birdshot, Turkey, 00 buck and slug / 5.56 / 7.62 x 39 / 7.62 x 51 - I find it highly unusual that the laptop is still perfectly centered on the table. Also, having seen all of these rounds pass through these mediums, I have a hard time reconciling the damage. Maybe.....but, at least I want to see a high res to understand the spiderwebbing on the screen and the back to understand the exits.

Im most surprised that the screen is still energized and though some pixels are lost the majority are still active.
Sure Ive seen screens develope a dead spot but that usually comes at the end of service life. Thought a bullet would just destroy the whole screen.
Its failure to move could be explained by high velocity but where is any splash or other signs of debris from the computer screen or frame.

This is an area where I don't see Trump or Sessions doing jack. States can't unilaterally decide to do what they are. However, not one person in Government is making a stink about it. The recent laws in many States have to be challenged.

And that is really too bad, but the 8th amendment is what it is. If anything, onlookers may suffer some sort of trauma but the law is not devised to protect them, so they can enjoy or just go get fucked. Set an example. A gory pyrotechnical affair for all school shooting wannabes to think on. This is what happens to people who do this. This is how school shooters have their skin flaked off and their skeleton exposed as the flesh melts away.

Just simply bring back public hangings & bring the kids.
That was a good deterrent back in the early days of this country. Kids got to see first hand in the public the consequences of killing & doing evil.
Not cruel and not unusual, but effective and a great deterrent when carried out regularly in public.
