There needs to be a "Dunk the Examiner" booth at the SHOT Show. At five bucks per ball we'd raise enough to cure cancer.

This is really depressing. Ordering from TBAC will take 6 weeks, then to get to "pending" is another 6 weeks, then a 9 month wait will be a total of 1 year. Maybe I should go ahead and get every caliber I *might* need just so I don't have to wait any longer...

Hey anyone N.W. know hows wait time going for Oregon @ this time ? with assigned examiner getting paperwork done & turned around ?
.
-Took mine 8 months, the examiner was Snook, in WA
That was my First, Id be interested to know if subsequent transfers are faster.
Called today on one that went first pending on 2/25/2013 and second pending on 6/21/2013.. They are now telling me 9 months from first pending. The last 3 weeks they were telling me 60 - 90 days from second pending.. Today is 89 days from second pending and still not approved.. When will they get their story straight?!!!
I am assuming that by second pending you mean that is was sent back to correct errors and you resubmitted. If so what used to take 2-3 weeks (approval after resubmission) is now taking 3-4 months

So let's see how thing go with the changes to trusts and the shutdown. I sent in my trust without any of the pending requirements so I'll update if I hear anything different along the way.
Trust changes wouldn't even take affect until mid December or early January. They are still in review.
I know, I'm just curious if they're going the grandfather in trusts that's have been submitted prior to the finalized changes come Dec/Jan after the comment period and any changes the BATFE make as well.

I was pending the same day and second pending seven days earlier than bonjourjr above, but no stamp yet. I can picture my file being at the top of the stack on the examiner's desk when this mess hit. Just my luck.
