This starts happening enough times, then maybe, just maybe, those 'bad guys' will start re-thinking their intents. The societal tolerance on/of thieves is 95% of the problem. "People" in general have been told to tolerate it. Thing is, who's doing the 'telling'?

Are they REALLY looking out for society's best interest? I think not.
