I spent 7 years there myself.I was a rig oiler on one of those during the construction of the trans Alaska pipeline. We used them to put in the VSM's.
When we rolled across the Rhine in 1945… we were stacking your old men and boys in the Volksstrum at the rate of miles a day… filling our tanks with gallons of gas. And shooting you Krautboys who were reduced to wearing paper uniforms with .30’s and .45’s… from 500 yards out. Not to mention dropping 1000 pounders on you from 24,000 feet while flying 270 knots.
So there is that liter-boys.

I helped put myself through college as an Agricultural Byproduct Handling and Transportation Technician (Shveled S*** at the feedlot and stables). Although I usually used a Case 35C Loader and a 6 yard dump truck
They do make great scopes tho.
