I went to the Amazon site, found the order, opened the missing or defective product, and it gave me a place to send an email to the manufacturer. I told them what happened and Mr Wong responded within mins. We emailed back and forth several times and I asked if I was going to get a mirror or the complete tip with the the mirror installed. They sent the complete tip.

If you already did that and have not had a response, I would try to get satisfaction through Amazon or if you would like for me to try to send them a msg, PM me your info and I will see if he still receives my emails through Amazon.

Update... company reached out to me to fix the problem.... shipping me new mirror today... hope they get this issue resolved.... if they do then I would highly recommend this bore scope...

Ever since I got the adapter that moves the USB connection away from the Android phone so the cable twisting does not cause a disconnect the borescope works great. I love that scope. I also got me a small cell phone stand that makes it easier to see the screen while guiding the scope for $7.59

Everything together fits in the Teslong case and looks as if it should have come in the same package. Easy fix for a minimal add on price and beats the competition in price and quality by miles.

Still happy with my rifles, new and old, don't neglect and don't scrub like you have OCD and the picture doesn't need to be ugly until the fat lady sings for the end of accuracy after thousands of rounds.

Wow to this borescope. I’ve been hesitant on ordering this as I’ve ordered 2 others on amazon and returned them after one test. Received mine yesterday and decided to give it a go today. Great quality camera. No 1080p it seems but I must say it’s worth buying this over a Lyman for cost and quality. Easy to use on Mac OS X and comes with the USB-C adapter which my laptop uses. No need for additional software - just use photo booth. Tested this on 3 rifles, new tikka and Bergara with tons of rounds through it, perfect smooth bore but my newish howa 1500 in 6mm CM with only 200 rounds through it.. this crap (see pics)

Thank you for your original post. Despite all of the positive reports in this thread, I was very hesitant to buy this because I normally do not buy something new to the market from an unknown (to me) company. But like a lot of others, I thought for $50, I'll take a chance.

I bought this, used it, and am very happy with it. I did not have a missing mirror or any other problems. For anyone wondering, this was easy to set up and use (and I am NOT a very technical person with computers or electronics).

I really do feel like this product will change the shooting industry. There is no more guessing about bore condition for the average shooter. We are going to learn a lot collectively, and be much better informed (with our own guns and in general).

This is the best $50 I have spent in a long time.

UPDATE
Receive my new mirror DHL shipped today....I must say I am impressed with the customer service.....AFTER a bit of a rough start....I initially loved the camera...for about 5 minutes, until the mirror fell off.....I reached out on their webpage for support...they reply but them kinda went silent...I really like the image quality so I bit the bullet and ordered another thinking I would keep working on the replacement mirror while I order the new one...the new one arrived....loved it for 15 minute...then again the mirror fell off...I was livid!!!! but this time I found the mirror and epoxied back on myself....no issues since....the next day the product manager reached out to me on this website and took care of the issue.....shipped me two new mirror tips.... SO in the end, they backed up their product...and I can tell you this IS a game changer....BEST $50 you will ever spend for gun care without a doubt!!! I will write up a better review but for now I CAN HIGHLY recommend this camera!!!!

I'm going to scope my Omega suppressor and throw it up here for shits and grins. Got about 4,000 rounds through it so I'm interested to see what it looks like. It definitely needs a cleaning.

I finally bit the bullet and got one of these borescope cameras. Turns out that my normal cleaning regimen of nylon brushing with Boretech followed by two 30 minute soakings with Gunslick foam was only getting my barrel about 80-85% clean. I dug up some old Butch's Bore Shine from years back put it to work with excellent results on the fouling that the other two products never removed. I'm stoked for my next range trip with a camera verified clean bore. We'll see if my 1/4 MOA pet load goes back to doing what its known to do.

I just rechecked Amazon and although I can see the correct camera when I do a search, clicking on it only brings up the larger endoscopes. It appears Amazon has taken it down. I'm curious if Teslong has stock available to ship out. Swagner2000, let us know when you have a tracking number or the scope arrives?

I'm convinced that this thread verifies what so many of us already know, there is still much mystery to what makes an accurate firearm. Too many variables to link it to just two or three things (metallurgy, tooling, machining, finishing, chambering, pressure curves, harmonics. bedding, bullet profile, bearing surface, position, hold, trigger pull, cleaning technique, bullet run-out, component quality, component variables from lot to lot). Throw in environmental factors and we're lucky to hit anything. It's the challenge of making it all work together consistently that drives us to pursue this obsession. It would be boring if it were too easy!

You should be able to contact them via one of their other borescope offerings.

I'm on my 3rd unit...I quit putting them back in the case as it seemed to break the connection. I now store the unit like a cleaning rod and bend it as little as possible when in use.

I think that will be what I do from now on. Sucks it happened right in the middle of my working on a barrel.

I just received an update notice from Teslong indicating that they expect to have the improved version in stock with Amazon for shipping in 5-7 days. The notice stated that they have improved cable connections, mirror adhesive, quality control, included a larger box to house the cable and instructions not to wrap the cable too tight.

Interesting, haven't had issues with my mirror. Connection is spotty at the USB end, but I can sort that out with a little wiggling. Don't use it much, just after a clean to see if it's good enough. Guess I'll start hanging it like my cleaning rods as well if it's an issue.

Please do, I would love to see the inside of the baffles after your round count. This is a good point, for those with suppressors, show the inside of those. And if it is really gummed up, how do you plan on cleaning it?

Ok... first up is my 6.5cm (proof stainless) 719 rounds ( 50 rounds since last cleaned) About 400-ish with RL16, the rest is H4350 and Factory.

PSA I just checked Amazon and they have the Teslong Borescope back up and available for pre-ordering based on an in-stock date of October 1st. As a Prime member I opted for the free 2 day shipping. I'm hoping for an early Christmas delivery October 3rd.

When I ordered mine, it shipped directly from China, and surprisingly it only took about 4 days to get here ( Wisconsin ). It shipped damn fast.
I am very happy with the scope, it works great and the pics are very clear and show great detail.
