Seems if you question the status of the Super 700 trigger on Geissele FB page, and it wasnt impolite, they 'block you' on their FB page. Wonder if BillG agrees with this policy or its some liberal twit administering the account determined it was appropriate. Silencing customer feedback is a sure way to loose customers.

Love my AR Geissele triggers but not a fan of companies who employ this mechanism to silence customer feedback.

This is right up there with me leaving an honest, yet negative review of a product on a manufacturer's site. Nothing vulgar, no bad words, nothing to give them a reason to not post it outside of me going over literally every reason why its half assed, doesn't compare to their other products and that they need to take another run at it because in its current form, 'phoned in' is too nice of a way to describe it.

It has basically sat in the 'waiting on moderation approval' status for weeks.

Ronnie Barrett must have been busy, I’m sure he’ll get to your roast of the MRAD.

I think the way Geissele is handling the delay on the Super 700 is a joke. A couple months late is understandable but anymore than that an explanation is not to much to ask for. I have had two on pre-order since they hit Brownells and keep being told "SOON" by Geissele.

Geiselle is beginning to bite off more than they can chew in diversification and are becoming gimmicky. AR Triggers? Sweet! Rails, scope mounts? Ok, but I already have Spuhr. Knives? Ok, but I already have CRK.

Seems as though they are marketing away from AR-type rifles to "precision" because "precision" warrants a higher price.

They’re marketing towards precision now because growth in the tactical market has tanked and the new hotness is absolutely the explosion of popularity in precision.

Wether that’s more than they can chew idk. Seems like it might be, considering the delays here. It’s hard for me to criticize them too much because every single product I’ve gotten from them has been awesome.

I have to agree @craigos I've been very underwhelmed by the service and communication Geissele has put forth this year on these triggers. If there was an issue found late and they had to pull all of them and rework something to make sure they are bulletproof then fine, but at least communicate that with all the customers who already ordered products based on past experiences. Eight months ago I was excited at the prospect of these triggers and ordered two...now I'm not holding out hopes that I'll get them before SHOT 2019 at this rate. Delays are one thing, especially if it's in the interest of quality just like Casey did with the CAL...we all get that, but to not address it and keep your loyal customers informed, that's not sustainable for a business in a world of fast-paced competition and innovation. Time will tell how this all plays out.

    Fuck Geissele...They can pound sand.
Two years ago I was told by their tech wizards that their AR trigger (SSA-E) would work in the 9mm PCC Sig MPX.....well the trigger worked, until it didn't. It started doubling...fun...but not.
They finally introduced an MPX-specific trigger earlier this year- but about 9mos. before that, they suddenly start telling people to NOT use their SSA-E in the MPX. Of course there are no credits given for those of us who used our SSA-Es in MPX upon their instructions.

They had better pick up their game if they think they can treat the precision folks the same as the COD "tactical" folks ... the bar is higher on the precision side.

I would just hate to see them lose their niche and expertise in the trigger business by chasing the dollars in the precision world. I'm a "that'll do" type of guy; I don't need a rail machined to .0000001 tolerances.

I'm actually surprised to hear that. I would think sig and geissele would at least collaborate together to make good on the fuck ups involving the MCX and MPX lines

I ordered some product after black friday last year and it took 7 weeks to ship. I ordered around another sale earlier that year and 5 weeks to ship. No answer to emails and a phone call brushed me off. The next sale I ordered from optics planet with better pricing due to a 10% off coupon and received my item in less than a week. With many other options available for mounts, I am not sure if I will waste my time waiting on them again.
