I mangled my c-spine pretty good and earned myself anterior and posterior fixations of C6-C7. As a result my neck mobility in all directions is limited. Neutral is my most comfortable position.

I've been trying to get back into rifle shooting, but prone off a bipod is pretty uncomfortable and gets painful.

Can you recommend adjustments or alterations to gear and/or positioning to work with my spine limitations ?
