Got my Beanland rifle!!!

Ive been waiting on this for a while and finally took ownership the other day. I loaded up 10 rounds at 40, 40.5, 41, 41.5, and 42. All jammed .010. The weather was decent today so I used the 40gr loads to get on paper and zero in. Looking forward to shooting the rest of the loads!

Here are the results from the 40grs.

Defiance Deviant SA 6.5x47L
Bartlien barrel 25" 26" w/brake
McMillan A5 adjustable in McCamo
Cerakote is FDE
Nightforce 5.5-22x50 in ARC M10 rings

It took 4 shots to get it on target then I shot the bottom 3 shot group made one more adjustment and shot the other group. Both measured under .2, these were shot at 100yds.

Beanland builds hammers! Congrats on the new build. Never been disappointed by any of Jon's rifles that he has built for me. If anything I have become spoiled.

I got all excited and forgot the recipe! I'm loading with H43t0 and the Berger 130 hunting vld. Gonna test the other loads today.

DAMN!! Another new powder on the market that does well in the 6.5x47L? I need to get me some of that H43t0!!! Hopefully it won't be sold out everywhere like Hodgdon H-4350!

Its an 8 twist Sendero contour. Did more shooting yesterday and all shot well so its making it a little hard to decide which way to go on a load. Good problem to have I guess.

Try 37.5 grains of Varget over a CCI 450 with the 130 seated .010 in the lands.
