Hunting & Fishing Got pictures of the hogs tearing my place up

NO I dont need help hunting them!

I am very supprised by the average size of these creatures. I told my friend who hunts with a 5.56 to get a bigger gun. Google Earth updated pictures of the ranch in Febuary, and the damage these guys did to the property is visible in the Google Earth images.

I hope to have kill pics in the next few weeks... BTW, Apple flavored feed corn brought these guys out.

The white pipe on the ground is 5 feet long.

5.56 is enough gun for hogs depending on placement.

Agree that placement is key, but when they start to scatter and you cant pick the shot, I dont want them wandering off wounded.

I hate them, but they are fun to kill. I killed one this past saturday with a suppressed Ruger MK3 pistol. It was under a feeder when I came up on it on the 4 wheeler and two 22lr shots later there was 35-40lb piglet bleeding out. Suprisingly effective.

You're damn right 5.56 is enough, but shot placement is time consuming. I have other things to do.
