You just have to love a blue bully.
Yeah, I foster former fighting pits....I couldn't let that one go though...he is the sweetest dog but an absolute monster when it comes to home defense and protecting my 19 month old...couldn't let him go...sleeps in my room now

Since I’m gloved up rearranging my safe , thought I’d show a few of my Woodsmans. IMO the nicest .22 caliber handguns ever !
There were Three series , each had a Target Model , a Match Target Model , and a Sport Model with a 4 1/2 barrel. The one with no ” The Woodsman” on the port side is a Pre-Woodsman , manufactured between 1915 to 1927. Mine was manufactured in 1917. I have a Target Model shooter that one day might get silenced/canned!?

Absolutely lovely group of history there. Never had a woodsman myself. I have some old colt pocket autos, nothing much older then that. These are beautiful.

l have not fired mine for over 3 hours!

Just changed out the barrel on the Woodsman. This is it’s 3rd.

The 1911 I have no idea how many barrels it has had since it was issued to a family member in 1917.

I have several of the worn out barrels , other worn out parts from both pistols, all the barrels from the Woodsman, original worn out box and papers from Woodsman, worn out grips, magazines etc.
