Hodgdon uses a standard size container... bulky powders will fill it to the rim before it weighs a pound, they just label it whatever fits and mark a price.
IF you're to retarded to see that it says 14oz or 9oz... and ALWAYS has, I seriously question your competence as a reloader. </div></div>

I was speaking to the phenomenon of shrinking food, not shrinking powder containers.
I made light of it all because I agree that this subject is a bit rediculous if you have read a powder container.
