Finishing my son's Savage .260 build, and finding a LNL modified case is effing impossible. It's a CBI barrel with the .260 Match chamber so I want to seat the 140 Amax's (also have the 140 hpbt's) out long...and try to get some loads together for some OCW and ladder testing.

Thought I'd read somewhere of a way to make them from a piece of brass, but can't find a thread on that anywhere.

    Little help?

P.S....pet load with that boolit, and H4350 anyone?

    Thanks!

Try opticsplanet.com, it doesn't say "out of stock" and allows you to add it to your cart, but don't get your hopes too high, I have no idea if their site uses real time inventory management.

Drill/tap the primer pocket 5/16-36, that's the thread size for the Hornady tool. Or do as another poster suggested and neck up/down a modified case from the same line.

Most guys find their sweet spot anywhere from 42-43gr with H4350 and 140's.
