recently i shot a hare at about 130metres with a .22 250, using 55 grain bullets. The hare dropped dead instantly, but besides 1 drop of blood, there was no evidence of an entry / exit site. The hare's chest / body also appeared a bit swollen rathen then the usual flat/ hollowed. My mate suggested hydrostatic stock, but just wondering what your thoughts are?
