I saw this video pop-up when on youtube:

It's a little long, but I thought it was an interesting view.
They do some testing comparisons versus Remington Oil, Winchester CLP Break free, and Hoppes.

...Hadn't seen any previous threads about it and was just wondering
if anyone had used it and had any reviews, comments, concerns, feedback, etc?

Quote:
..." In summary, any weapon being fired with Italian Gun Grease will experience greatly reduced frictional loads which translate directly to increased muzzle velocities . "
..." There's Nothing on the market that compares to Italian Gun Grease ".

It's another internet advertisement . With BullShit being sung by another paid spokesperson and internet baby raping used car salesman trying to sell snake oil to gullible ignorant morons with an extra dollar to give to him and help make his Mercedes payment for the month .
But if you are actually curious all you have to do is ' Buy It and mail them your money' . Then slather your Bullets and barrel Bore with it . Then pull the trigger and ignite your flame thrower to get the full effects of this new revolutionary anti-friction reducing product .
.

Those machines they are using are bull shit and have been proven to be so. Its all in how the operator applies the load. I have seen dawn dish soap act as a better lubricant than high end motor oil or grease because of how the operator applied the load. I have seen extremely well regarded motor oils and greases fail the "test" compared to a cheap recycled 50c per quart oil.

I dont put any credence to testing done using that machine of anything.

I have been testing it out since SHOT. I can't say I noticed any performance increase right off from using the lubricant in the barrel but I do use it on the bolt and am happy with the feel. Much better than CLP and Butches gun oil. Their carbon eliminator works extremely well. I'll continue to use these, I've not found any problems and am happy with the results thus far.

I was given some of the Tactical Spray lubrican and utilized it on a S&W M&P 15/22 that was having feeding and ejecting issues from being filthy. A few sprays in the mag, worked the charging handle a few times and we finished with no more problems. That's as far as I have gotten on using the product but so far so good for me. I'm always happy to try something new and if it works I pass along the info., same for if it doesn't.

I know there is a joke about greasy Italians in hear somewhere.

Here goes... I went to the web sight expecting at least hair, body, and the multipurpose metaphorical varieties of Italian Gun Grease but all I found was tactical and black powder.

And another... Italian Gun Grease, now with genuine hair applicator brush.

Honestly, I might feel a bit sorry for making racist jokes about their product but look at the mobster logo. Their company is a racist joke. Who knows, maybe the stuff works. If it does it may be just the cure to the prolonged recession and unemployment in Italy.

Badabing.

We don't require you to buy anything. we offer free samples on our site. The company is owned and operated by US Marines. All our products are made right here in the USA. Every component including the bottles are from America. Our products are 100% non toxic. petrol, wax and paraffin free. I would encourage you to try our free sample and then make an educated decision based on your actual use of the product. And it is revolutionary, it reduces friction in the barrel by 85% which in turn allows the increase in Velocity between 3-13% depending on bullet, powder and case. The video was shot using the same testing procedure for friction as the Military. The lube was designed for Marine Snipers shooting across ridge tops in Afghanistan. We increased their ability to put more rounds down range with out the barrel overheating. i would encourage you to read up on who we are and what we developed. There is a true science behind our products. As you will see later this year, the Industry is taking notice and your next rifle may come pre - treated with our product. Thanks, IGG

In my experience, when something is done to DECREASE friction in a rifle bore the velocity DECREASES. A good example, one that is known to most serious shooters, would be Moly Coated bullets, given the same load as an uncoated (same bullet) the moly coated bullet will have a slower MV. Without going into the pressure curve and total energy production-Boyle's laws etc., let me just say, this is a physical fact. Are you saying in your above post, that if you treat the tube velocity will increase? Or are you saying if you treat the tube, and increase the powder charge in a given round the velocity will increase, while not increasing chamber pressure?
