Inability to reply to PM/threads with iPhone

Here's another 'is this affecting you' thread, to which I am only able to reply with either laptop or Tapatalk. Have 7S, and am able to log in, read messages, but unable to reply to either PM's or site threads using iPhone. Have not knowingly disabled anything here or in settings on phone, but it's just Tapatalk, which has it's limitations, or laptop, or use two devices to participate here. Am able to reply directly with phone on other sites, so not sure what's going on here, but a PITA, regardless. Any suggestions or remedies greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are using HTTPS and not HTTP... clear the cache to dump the old data, cookies

I covered that with him via PM. Didn't seem to help.

Dumped cookies and made 2x certain am using https://. Thank you sirs-appreciate the assist.

There was a change in the settings we had to do earlier but honestly, I don't remember what it was. Something about reading the cookies maybe in the Safari settings area. Make sure it says to allow cookies from websites I visit

But I remember changing something initially on my iPhone
