Yeah, I really like mine as well, so much more precise than Adam's trickler. I would really like to snag me one of those Henderson trimmers also, been eye fucking them for a while now..

Henderson trimmer is fantastic. I now trim pretty much every firing as you get a chamfer and debur at same time. I just throw my big harbor freight media tumbler below the trimmer, and sized brass get trimmed and dropped into the tumbler to remove lube.

For everyone that's running them now, how are you set up? The video instructions say run the slider full fast, but doing that with 8208 would overthrow. I'm closer to half way. First run, so it may just need to run in some, but curious how people were setting it.

I'm a little over half way with H4350, and it seems to do pretty well there, but I haven't really focused in on tuning it yet, Been too busy..

Congrats. Just got my ball powder disk and will see how that goes this weekend.
It works very very well with ball powder. I won't be moving to any other set up anytime soon. The AT/IP set up works really well, and I can easily pour the left over powder back in my hopper and put the lid on the hopper feel ok about it for a few days and not have to go through the gymnastics of cleaning the AT

I agree, mine runs great! I really like how easy it is to clean the powder up when I'm done, only takes a few minutes to put away. I only have the 3 disks, haven't had time to reference the numbers just yet but I dont think any of those are for ball powders, not sure.

They aren't. For some reason Paul doesn't think many people use ball powder so he didn't include it. He does have some of the 705 disk for the ball powder though and it's fantastic! Get it, you will start loading with ball a lot more as a result.

Thanks bud, will do, I'll reach out to him and get him to send me one. Thanks...

Still waiting on mine. Question for you guys that already have an IP up and running with a V4. Do I need to buy the extension cable for the motor or with the stock cable from the V4 work. Thanks

Any chance we could get a quick side by side picture of the standard disc (7574) and the ball powder disc (705)? I'm wondering if I need to get one to run the occasional staball.

Sure. Give me 5 min. I don't think it would work though. I thought about the same thing initially but never tried it. The ball powder disk works so well that it wouldn't be worth it to not have it if you use ball for precision

Here you go. You can see the big difference of course.

Varget and H4350 I run it full to the right. Have it drop 1.2 gr under from main hopper.

I got mine setup today and I'm 1.3 under and slider all the way to the right...super fast and dead on every single time with H4895. Sssoo much better that my Autotrickler

Hmm, ill have to try and lower my initial drop some and push that slider all the way over and see what I'm getting. I agree, way better than the OEM trickler..

Took me a few minutes to dial it in. 1.3-1.5 under charge weight was the sweet spot. After watching setup.video, key is to have the IG running full speed upon drop then let ramp down do its thing..

I found if you drop much under 1.3 the trickler isn't running upon drop...delay a few seconds then the IG motor kicks on... per the IG video....key is to have it running full speed upon drop. Once I found the minimum I could drop with IG full speed it was perfect

I tinkered with mine some more, took it down to about 1.5 under and it started running pretty good, still had to slow it down a little though cause she wanted to over shoot about .04-.06. When I slowed it down just a little, she's landing on setpoint almost perfect every time. It may be .02 over after several throws, but honestly I could probably adjust that out with the speed. This thing is awesome!

Is yours missing the square outline on the sweep?? Mine doesn't have a square outline like the the directions....I matched it up for square hole disc's based off the video....make sure you have that installed properly for square disc's if you don't have the square outline on your sweep....

Let me check

It does not have the markings on it, but I have in correctly. I am going to mark it with a sharpie though for good measure. He did say in the video though that you might have to move the slider slightly to the left with H4350, so maybe it's just mime but I'm still extremely pleased with how well this thing runs..I didn't have to slide it very far to the left at all.

Yup. About 1.5 grains below is the sweet spot and it's fast. It definitely works best to let it go full speed and do its full ramp down

Mine doesn't have the square either

.
H4350 per his instructions/setup video is not all the way to the right.....so your right where you should be

Well I think either my scale is taking a shit or Adam's electronics are taking a shit, one or the other. My scale just started doing some weird shit, it will go through the drop, then the trickle, and when it's done at say 43gns, no motors are running and the scale will just run up to 43.16 to 43.24gns. It hasn't done this before, I cycled power, re-calibrated and still doing the same thing. I have it on an antistatic mat, no power conditioner just a Tripp lite surge strip. Weird shit, and frustrating after waiting forever for my IP to show up. Was gonna post a video but site wouldn't allow it.

Your cable is likely going bad. Check the cables to your stepper motor.

I will double check them, but it's not affecting the motor operation in any way. It's after the motor has completed the charge, then it just adds to the final charge like the scale was either running behind or in the negative. It's never done this before..

If there is an electrical problem (usual the wires that connect to the stepper motor - it's very frail at the end), it may cause issues. I had the same issue on my earlier Autotricklers and it was always the cable. It's a reason I have 3 extra cables on hand.

I'd bet he's right about the cables. This is why I have a spare

You know what, I do have 1 extra cable that I forgot about, let me try that.. Thanks for re jogging my memory..
