So is the bomb inert or not? It also looks like an older bomb that came of a WW1 biplane.

Indeed last numbers i have seen on crude alone it something like US produced 12.6 milion barrels per day pre covid and consumed 19milion per day, while there is excess in Gas there is massive shortfall in crude oil. Was so even in Trump years, there was never ever anything even remotely close to independence from foreign oil.
There has never been a surplus in crude oil in US in the past decade, production vs consumption graphs.
Opec needs all the $$$ they can get . Much of OPEC is involved in near decade of costly wars in Syria,Libya,Yemen etc and all of them run massive socialist programs 'money for nothing' for the domestic populace. Inept lazy fucks are also paying for hired muscle and proxy protection to Egypt, Pakistan, Sudan,Turkey, and a bunch of weapons to stay in the good graces of the west. The expenses they are running up are mindboggling.

The tank in the vid is actually Ukrainian T64 note the Tetris camo and lack of V , Z markings, first vehicle Osa aka SA-8Gecko SAM also looks Ukrainian, lacks V or Z, second SAM Tor aka SA-16 Gauntlet is likely Russian as white patch camo has been seen on some of theirs.

To attempt to answer what I think you are asking, the proven reserves are things that are accessible and financially viable. For example, the shale formations specifically in the Dakotas, have been know about for a long time. I knew about them before the shale boom in the 90’s as because of my life experience( my credentials ). The issue was cost effective recovery, it wasn’t until recently that became a viable source through advances in technology . Thats is why unproven resources are “ignored”. Because its still not a viable source, proven to produce. Its an educated guess, a possibility but currently unobtainable.
There are counter uas measures already there and en route, including kinetic small drones. If that pic really is in the Ukraine they don’t have a lot of those DJIs and they won’t last long. Too expensive and fragile.
