While likely nutation will occur once again when the bullet goes transonic...I got a (claimed) physicist demanding there's never the cessation of precession. However everything I understand says precession is dampened out by at least the 200 yd mark. I think he's confused on terms and actually means repose, but he's saying precession.

What say you folk?
