As the largest global distributor of Kestrel Meters including the Kestrel 5700 Elite Applied Ballistics meter, we are looking for help in a customer service oriented role around the ballistic meters.
Ideal candidate:
Someone working from home that has some extra time and is able to take inbound phone calls and follow up outbound calls, help with emails questions, potentially live chat.
It’s not a full time job and more of a spontaneous job throughout the week that will add up on the low end, to about 15 minutes a day and on the high end an hour or so a day overall.

- Answering phone calls throughout the day: 1-10 / day
- emails: 1-10 / day as assigned.
- live chat (possibly): 0-5 / day
- Helping people choose or understand which meter to use for their shooting, directing them to help, taking phone orders on occasion.
Skill set required:
- Computer / web saavy
- Friendly with people
- Understand some degree of long range shooting with some experience (don’t need to be an expert, there is always someone that knows more in this sport)
- Experience with a ballistic calculator / app.
- Some experience with a Kestrel a plus.
Skill set a plus that could lead to more:
- Desire to be more involved on line.
- Help people in forums get answers.
- Tech skills online
Tools needed:
- Smart phone / headset
- computer / (mac or pc)
- High speed internet (we use VOIP)
