Kimber Model 82

I need a little help here. Took this in on trade a while back and kind of forgot I had it. Deciding whether to keep it and not shoot it (it is unfired), keep it and shoot it, or sell it. I found this doing a little Google Fu.

This is the same as mine, one serial number lower. Mine has the same NRA markings on the box. Mine says 1 1200 s/n 2739.

Any information you may have is greatly appreciated.

The Kimber of Oregon rifles were superb rifles. There are a couple of older posts out there discussing this rifle and opinions range from 900 to 1500. I have owned several over the years and they are great rifles.
