Can this be used as a handheld? I searched and cant find any separate eyepiece.

Im trying to decide between this and the Sig CV25. The internals seem similar except the sensitivity is not as good on the Luchs. But its half the price and I hate giving Sig any more money for their antics but the lifetime warranty is pretty nice.

Mine came today. Already played a bit with it. My QD mounts though I ordered haven’t made it yet nor the mount plate for the thermal. So no optic pics yet.

For the QD mounts, according to a very knowledgeable guy at euro that’s run the optic you need this plate for the clip on itself

Then you attach this plate to any rifles Picatinny rail you want to use on. You need one for each rifle if you intend to swap it around.

And here are some pics. Deer are about 175 yards from me. The detail isn’t nearly as good by the phone pic as they are to the eye. So far i am very impressed for this deal going.
