LMT MWSE price check

NIB LMT MWSE, 16" chrome lined bbl. In factory box, some GMM ammo and a few spare Mag-Pul 10 and 20 rd mags.
Local Estate sale.... $2800 otd. Gun was new about a year ago.

On the LMT site the gun is $3K. Do these get discounted at all?

Are the LMT .308's still backordered months and months?

Overpriced? Or a reasonable deal?

I paid $2,620 for my LMT LM8 (lighter slick rail version) shipped from a FFL on gun broker.


Buddy just bought a LMT MWS (rail version) for around $2,500 shipped from the same FFL.



I'm not sure if they are backordered from the factory, but there are a LOT of them floating around tonline.

Edit to add: It's not a STEAL, but depending on how much GMM, and the exact count of Pmags, it is a reasonable price.

If you're looking at the full railed/standard version upper, they can be had right now brand new for $2399 from dsgarms, or $2299 from quantico tactical.

The slick upper version generally commands a bit of a premium, especially retail.

Now is the time to snag one, as those above prices are the cheapest I've ever seen them.

I've shot an LMT and was impressed. Hence the interest.

If it was a deal I'd jump. But unless there's a MESS of accy's included I'll pass. The slick side model appeals more to me anyway.

$2299 from Quantico is a deal you should jump on, if you really want one. I've had both (regular and slick side) and either will serve you well. I paid more than $2299 on all of mine, hundreds more! Hell, I might buy another at that price myself.
